Firebird Terms of Service
These Terms are short on purpose. Firebird does not use them as a general speech code. They focus on lawful use, service integrity, security, and user safety.
Using Firebird
You may use Firebird to create and join communities, talk with friends, play games, run server-owned bots, and manage your own account or servers. You are responsible for what you do through your account, bot tokens, uploaded files, and automation.
Do not use Firebird to commit crimes
Do not use Firebird, Firebird-hosted communities, Firebird bots, or Firebird infrastructure to commit, coordinate, threaten, conceal, or materially support unlawful acts. If we believe activity creates legal risk or immediate harm, we may restrict accounts, servers, files, bots, tokens, or access to the service.
Do not attack or disrupt the service
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private servers, DMs, admin tools, internal routes, source-control surfaces, or infrastructure.
- Do not probe, exploit, overload, scrape abusively, spam, bypass rate limits, evade suspensions, or interfere with Firebird availability.
- Do not upload malware, hostile scripts, exploit payloads, or files intended to compromise users or systems.
Do not harm users on the platform
Do not use Firebird to dox, extort, stalk, impersonate, compromise accounts, distribute stolen credentials, trick users into unsafe actions, or otherwise target people with real-world harm. Server communities can set their own norms, but platform access depends on not using the service as a tool for abuse.
Bots and automation
Use bots through Firebird's intended token and permission systems. Keep bot tokens private, request only the access your bot needs, and do not use automation to spam, harvest private data, bypass permission checks, impersonate users, or degrade the service.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, remove, or preserve accounts, servers, content, files, bot tokens, or access when needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or keep Firebird reliable. We may also update these Terms as the service changes.
Privacy policy status
These Terms are not a privacy policy. Firebird does not have a separate public privacy policy yet.
No warranty
Firebird is provided as available. We work to keep it useful, private, and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every feature will remain unchanged.
